Really neat art style and excellent gameplay and puzzles. The music really pleases the ears and the levels feel unique and fun. The cutscenes were smooth and wonderfully animated and the storyline was surprisingly in depth. I loved every second of it and my only complaint is the main character herself. She walks freakishly slow. I spent more time waiting for her to hurry up than I ever wanted to. Then, there's the issue of how awkward she looks as she jumps from platform to platform. Plus, the clues are practically useless, with some minor exceptions. Overall, I have to say this is a fantastic game with a wonderful soundtrack and story along with lots of exploring to do and neat puzzles that I spent over two hours on. This is time well spent.

No matter how much I love the humour of the original :the game:, I always wished for more gameplay options. This threequel answered my complaints. There is a bucketload of content in this meaty package. Everything sounds and looks great. I have seen few games with as much effort in these seemingly unneccisary areas. Every level is filled with uniqueness and demonstrates our crazy world. Besides the main story to worry about, there are plenty of challenging achievements to try your hand at and a lengthy character creation set. Many people are worried that this new installment is not funny enough, and I will say firsthand that they are dead wrong. Lots of creativity is involved and the extra tid-bits make this a masterpiece. Thank you, once again, for making a game that I actually enjoyed all the way through. You might get this a lot, but I'd appreciate it if you make a sequel. Our world has a lot going on and if its all crammed into a single game, I'm gonna freak and you're the perfect guy to create it. Thanks man and hopefully this becomes a finalist for the Newgrounds Tank Awards 2011, since EVERYONE knows William and Sly 2 will win hands down. Keep up the masterful work, dude.

Pure art game indeed.

Original games like this don't just come out every day. You start off without knowing who, what, or where you are, and only some text is there to help you. However, if you play it right, you'll realize that, basically, you have to do the opposite of everything he says. The level titles are big hints on what to do and what NOT to do. The graphics are great, though I've seen better, playing the game is fun and the controls are responsive, and the sound is fairly good, though there isn't any music. Replaying the game for medals and different endings can help this become a lasting game, but you're mainly trying to win the game for bragging rights. The ending boss is amazing and challenging and really puts your puzzle-solving skills to the test. Overall, this was a risky take, but you've managed to create it into the best game of 2010 on Newgrounds and that means a lot. Great work!

Mysterious, suspenseful game.

It's not often we find something as original as this. The game starts with you knowing nothing about yourself or where you are. Eventually, you learn your name is Pete and that your sister is locked in the basement by your father. That's basically the entire story, but that gives you a lot of imagination to experiment with. The game looks amazing and creepy. Though some parts look really out of place, everything looks fantastic. You play the game using the arrow keys and the mouse. I wish you could switch to WASD, since it works a tad better like that, but using the arrow keys is tradition and it's fine and somehow fits with the game. The sound is great, I mean really, you don't find many games that have you sitting at the edge of your seat like this. Although replaying the game isn't neccisary it might help you better understand the story, which is a reason to come back. Overall, it was a short package, but a very good one. However, the difficulty may confuse some, making it a longer experience, so I definately reccommend NOT using a walkthrough. Congrautlations on being a finalist in the annual Newgrounds Tank Awards. You deserved it.

I guess this is where Depict1 got its idea.

The beginning stages were more serious-like, but soon near the end, things got better with humour, lies, and some intense moments. In other words, this is possibly where Depict1 got its main gameplay idea. Shifting to solve puzzles is surprisingly fun, but the overall package is extremely short. The game kind of ran out of ideas, so I guess it was a good time to pause the game. Obviously, this is a must-play game on Newgrounds, but you'll find it hard to come back and find the same joy of the puzzles as the first playthrough. The music is also pretty good, though it might be a little on the repetitive side.

Honestly, this is not worth wasting your time on.

Only four scenes are given. One of which any person with a webcam could create, two of which were just screenshots with your face imprinted inside, and one horrible dress up. You also can't take pictures of yourself, a HUGE letdown. If you have a webcam, I suggest using your personal web camera rather than this, since this is overall a complete waste of time. The title is also misleading and unoriginal. If you at least gave this the least bit of effort, none can be traced in this awful game. Get the heck out of here, and play something worth your time, like Newgrounds Rumble. Honestly, I have no idea why you make these games if you know they're bad quality. How long did you spend on this? Ten minutes? Your webcam does not deserve to be used this way and I'm surprised this isn't blammed. Very surprised. Plus, there's no music.

Once again, Journeys of Reemus impresses.

Puzzle games are becoming harder to find nowadays, but we can always count on Zeebarf to deliver, right? Absolutely. Journeys of Reemus 4 has the same brilliant art style, pleasing soundtrack, and continues the awesome tale of Reemus and Liam. Though there is a break between the ending of Episode 3 and the beginning of this one, you are quickly treated with a storyboard that transforms the confusion into pure point and click puzzle solving. The music can get repetitive at times, but that's only a reason to hurry up with the puzzle-solving. The endings aren't in variety, but they never actually were. The new characters you meet are fun and in depth and are really detailed. There is absolutely no pondering now, you have to make chapter 5. Thanks for making an experience I won't forget!

Where randomness and wittiness combine.

It's finally here! Though it's disappointing the Newgrounds version is almost exactly the same as the E4 Games versionand the fact that there are only fifty questions, this is an amazing experience that those without brains will truly get frustrated. This time, Splapp-Me-Do astonishes us with a well-thought story. The questions are as witty as ever and the music still pleases the ears. However, I found this one lacking in difficulty. Mostly, Impossible Quiz games are near impossible even with the answers. All I did on this one was check online and finished the game in no time flat. What's up with that? Impossible Quizzes are addicting and this one is no different. However, for a game you've prepared for such Iong time, I'm dissappointed with the final result. I can tell this was an experiment to see if you still had it or whatever, but I still wish more content was added inside. Overall, you've done an excellent job. Though, I'm disappointed with the ending result, nothing too bad is revealed. Congratulations Splapp. Once again, you've made knowledge and imagination combine to make a completely original game. Perhaps one day you'll win a Newgrounds Tank Award and show the world your overall awesomeness. Whatever happens, I'll always stick with you and the gang. You're still one of my favorite authors and that never will change. Next time, please hurry it up with publishing the games onto Newgrounds, since E4 Games is crap. Thanks in advance!

It's Storytime.

Once upon a time, a mysterious creater named matt-likes-swords came into our world. At first, everyone doubted he would make a difference, but soon he created the brilliant Epic Battle Fantasy. After that, it was just history. He created more and more astonishing RPGs until, one day, he decided to create another risky take. He created the awe-inspiring Bullet Heaven. He was growing to be famous and was at the tip of finishing his newest masterpiece, but first, he submitted this game. This game is AWESOME. You can never get enough of it, and, just like Bullet Heaven, it took the original cast and put them in never before seen precisions. The soundtrack, is once again, marvelous and pleases the ears. The art style is from a completely new view that works and the level designs are worth gazing at. Matt, you've outdone yourself. My only complaint is the controls. They can be fairly wonky at times, but, even at high quality, this game rocks on every computer and laptop. Except one. My new Toshiba laptop CANNOT resist to annoy me on every level. Constantly, the game doesn't save and Matt is running off ledges for no reason. This really is too bad, since I could've seen more of the game if not for a crappy control scheme on my laptop. In a word, Adventure Story is brilliant. It takes everything that made EBF great and completely altered it into something never-before seen. Congrats, Matt. You've astonished us once again.
Final Score: 9.5/10 "Amazing"

It's been a long time since I've written a review

Mostly because all the flashes I find are either crap or I haven't a slightest idea what to say about it. Finally, I stumbled upon this. Lemme just say that Tom Fulp looks horrible and so does Salad Fingers. I'm sorry, but they look just too creepy. Along with them, Chocolate Man and Awesome look strange. I mean Metal Gear Awesome was OK, but he looked too old and that ticked me off. Everyone else looked great with the best being Hank by Rhunyc. The collab idea was creative, the music was wonderful to listen to, and overall there are no real complaints I have. Great collab and great work!

JKAmovies responds:

I feel honoured that you found this to be something else but 'crap' :) Glad you liked it dude and thanks for the comment!

You actually clicked my profile? Well, I'm planning on making some flashes at some point but can someone PM me on how I can make one? I would appreciate it a lot. Anyways, you can see my reviews, look at my favorites, or peek at the medals I've gotten.
